Personality:
Chef: As the cook of the Straw Hats pirates, being a chef is perhaps the most important part to Sanji. Not only is he extraordinarily good at his profession, but the beliefs he hold as a chef actually affects Sanji's morals and even fighting style (only uses his legs in battle). Sanji will give food to anyone that's hungry, no matter what. Even if they can't afford it, even if they're his enemy, he will serve them food first because of his pride as a chef and the fact that he almost starved to death when he was younger. He knows the pain of starvation and is deeply sympathetic to anyone in a similar position.

Chivalry: It's through Zeff that Sanji develops his chivalry, particularly where he will never harm a woman, even if it may cost him his life. This does cause problems for the crew at times, but Sanji sees women as goddesses to be loved and also he doesn't want to let down the man that he considers to be his true dad. Even when expressing disappointment over unattractive women, he will still usually treat them with care and kindness. Unfortunately, this chivalry doesn't extend to men, unless they're starving. He'll be more foulmouthed and even rude towards guys, however, it's not to say that he doesn't care about their safety. Sanji will still go out of his way to save them, just he'll be far more mean about it.

...And of course, when it comes to beautiful women, Sanji will go completely over heels for them, waxing poetic and getting nosebleeds from time to time.

Compassion: While this trait isn't strictly unique among the Straw Hat pirates, it's still a big part of his character. In fact, it's his compassion for others that his biological father hated him for. While it's not the only reason, since Sanji was physically weaker than his siblings and enjoyed cooking, it still played a major part for his father's disdain and eventual disowning of Sanji. Even still, despite the abuse he suffered under his father and his brothers, he never lost this trait, something that both Luffy and his sister saw in him. It particularly shines when he becomes adamant about saving his biological family from Big Mom's scheme, despite the horrid treatment and memories he has of them.

Temperament: Sanji can be one of the most calm members of the Straw Hats. During fights, he can keep his cool, allowing him to assess his opponent and battle accordingly. With that, he is one of the more tactical members in the Straw Hats as well. Often times, he goes off on his own to investigate something, only to pop up later during the story to save the crew or arrive at the most opportune moment. However, on the flip side, he can also be extremely short-tempered. If you say the wrong thing around him, he can immediately explode into anger and loses all prior calm he had. Hitting a woman or wasting food are two things that will make Sanji immediately kick you in the face.

Self-sacrificing: His nakama, the Straw Hats, mean the world to him. It's safe to say that like many others in the crew, he's willing to lay down his life for each member. He can be self-sacrificing to a fault, often times putting the needs of others before him. If it comes to protecting his crew or Zeff, Sanji will not hesitate to sacrifice himself to ensure that they make it out okay. Once someone earns hit loyalty, Sanji will go to the ends for them. Protecting others is far more important than most other concepts, such as pride. He'll even sacrifice his dream, to find the All Blue, if it means that this crew and found family are safe.

Family Issues: Due to the terrible way his biological family has treated him, Sanji wants nothing to do with the Vinsmokes. He hates even being associated with him, with the exception of his sister. With some of the most recent chapters in the manga, he also has a fear of becoming like his brothers due to his genetic modifications finally taking hold of him, mostly afraid that he'll lose his emotions and become heartless like them.

Abilities & Inventory:
Sanji is known to be one of the more powerful fighters on the Straw Hats crew. What he's especially known for is his martial arts, which is called Black Leg Style, where he only uses his legs to fight in battle. The reason for this mostly centers around the fact that as a chef, he only uses his hands for cooking.

He can also use Haki, which is basically using one's own spiritual energy to do various One Piece shenanigans.

He's also known for:
-Diable Jambe, which basically sets his legs on fire and does heat based attacks.
-Ifrit Jambe, a more powerful version of Diable Jame, where the flames from his legs are white-blue now.
-Sky Walk, allows to pretty much jump through the air, almost like flying because he's jumping consistently through the air.
-Blue Walk, similar to Sky Walk, he can traverse quickly underwater through running.
-Observation Haki, which allows Sanji to perceive threats and emotions of those around him.
-Armament Haki, this gives a sort of armor around him (usually his feet/legs), which boosts his offensive and defensive abilities.
-Genetic modifications, with his modifications finally awakening, his exoskeleton is now basically hard as steel, making him immune to most swords and bullets. He can also almost instantly heal from many injuries, such as having his ribs crushed. Additionally, he's far stronger and quicker than a regular human.

Most importantly, he's an excellent cook and extremely well-practiced with kitchen knives. Give him any ingredient and he can use every part of it to make some sort of delicious meal. He has an expansive knowledge on various recipes, including the recipes of Attack Cuisine, which are food items designed to give people a boost in battle or rejuvenate them or whatever the plot of One Piece needs this to be.

I'm totally cool with nerfing any of his abilities, especially stuff like instant healing and him taking normal damage from weapons created through dreamotion or just special canon weapons. Inventory wise, he'll only be carrying his lighter and a pack of cigarettes.

Suitability & Plans: I mostly plan on Sanji confronting his own fears about his most recent change in canon, with that being his genetic modifications that's taken hold of him. He actually hates that his body has changed, while also knowing that he can be more useful to Luffy and the others. It's a balance I'd like to explore more in this setting, especially since I plan on having his appearance shift while in dreams.

Sanji can adapt to new settings pretty easily, given the crazy world of One Piece, and he can make friends with others rather quickly. Let him cook for everyone plz.
